Development
The main idea of the project "Green Island in the center of Odessa" is to reconstruct the resort and recreational purpose in order to create an attractive place for recreation and entertainment. The master plan of the project is carefully designed and perfectly supports this concept, enriching it with multifunctional zones for various types of activities.
The left wing of the master plan includes a shopping center with covered parking, which allows visitors to conveniently leave their cars and go by bicycle or on foot to the sports and entertainment center. A trampoline center, restaurant, sports swimming center, yacht club and ice skating rink are located in this part of the complex, creating a variety of recreational opportunities.
The port, also included in the master plan, has become an attractive place for recreation, entertainment and walks along the coast. Here visitors can enjoy beautiful views, spend time on the beach and enjoy a variety of marine activities. This gives the project a unique character and increases its appeal to locals and tourists.
