Project
The resort hotel is designed in the city of Odessa, on Nikolayevskaya road. At the time of the study of the territory were buildings that were in poor condition and also not functioning.
Exterior
The appearance of the building is laconic and minimalistic. The facade is made according to the wet facade type with decorative plaster cladding and the use of panoramic glass. Almost fully glazed facades with rectangular panels ensure maximum use of daylight.
Construction
The structural scheme of the building is a monolithic frame with subsequent filling with aerated concrete block. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint operation of the frame columns with a section of 300 by 300 mm, floor slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete floor and coffered floor.
